Use case: Email Organizer
In the next 2 minutes, we're going to create an Agent that automatically goes through your Gmail inbox, intelligently categorizes emails from the last 24 hours using custom labels like newsletters, important, meetings, spam, and internal communications for a perfectly organized inbox.
Create a new Agent

Add apps to the Agent
For this use case, you'll need to connect Gmail to your Agent.

Ask the Agent to organize your emails
Now you can ask your Agent to automatically categorize and label your recent emails for better inbox management.

Here's the prompt we've decided to use:
“Go through my Gmail inbox and organize emails from the last 24 hours using labels: "newsletters", "important", "meetings", "spam" and "internal". Use "internal" if it's from any person that uses email @viss.ai.”
Of course, you can customize this to your liking.
Replace "@viss.ai" with your actual company domain for internal email detection
Change the timeframe from 24 hours to weekly, monthly, or any period you prefer
Add custom labels like "clients", "invoices", "support", or "personal" to match your workflow
Use Outlook instead of Gmail if that's your primary email platform
Set up automatic archiving or deletion of spam emails after labeling
Schedule this to run automatically every morning to start with a clean inbox
