Use case: Form Response Analytics
In the next 2 minutes, we're going to create an Agent that automatically analyzes weekly team satisfaction surveys from Google Forms, generates comprehensive reports with statistics and trends in Google Sheets, identifies at-risk team members with low satisfaction scores, and shares insights with leadership via Slack for proactive team wellness management.
Create a new Agent

Add apps to the Agent
For this use case, you'll need to connect Google Forms, Google Sheets, and Slack to your Agent.

Ask the Agent to analyze team satisfaction data
Now you can ask your Agent to automatically gather survey responses, create analytical reports, identify at-risk team members, and share insights to maintain team wellness and engagement.

Here's the prompt we've decided to use:
“Analyze all responses from our weekly team satisfaction survey in Google Forms from the last 7 days (link: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/12NtItJVs-uGMBX_jxm84_-nm8_xaVaXdmyEget3aNyI/edit). Create a new spreadsheet called 'Team Satisfaction Report - [Date]' with summary statistics, trends, and individual response breakdowns. Highlight any responses with satisfaction scores below 3 for follow-up. Send the link to #team-satisfaction in Slack when you're done.”
Of course, you can customize this to your liking.
Replace the Google Forms link with your actual team satisfaction survey URL
Adjust the satisfaction threshold from "below 3" to match your rating scale (1-5, 1-10, etc.)
Change "#team-satisfaction" to your leadership or HR channel for sensitive discussions
Include additional metrics like engagement scores, workload ratings, or feedback themes
Add trend analysis comparing current week to previous weeks or months
Create anonymized summaries to protect individual privacy while highlighting patterns
